Shipping policy
Operating Hours & Daily Cutoff
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Weekday Orders: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be batched and processed starting the following Monday morning. We do not package or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal postal holidays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are custom-batched and prepared within 2 to 5 business days before they are dispatched. During high-volume periods, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Carriers & Delivery
All Oink orders are shipped exclusively via USPS Standard Shipping with full tracking enabled.
- Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
- You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to physical addresses within the 50 Continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) at this time.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your provided shipping address.
